What are these sun milks for?

These are natural sun milks with high-quality UVA/UVB protection, formulated to protect skin from sunburn, redness, premature aging, and sun-induced skin damage. They offer intense hydration, nourishment, and comfort thanks to their light textures, natural oils, aloe, and vitamin E. Ideal for the whole family, including children, and also perfect for beards (they leave no white residue).

How to use them correctly?

Shake the bottle well before use.

Apply generously (approximately 2 mg/cm², equivalent to 6 teaspoons for an average adult's body) to the face, neck, and body 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.

Massage until fully absorbed, distributing evenly.

Reapply:

• Every 2 hours during direct exposure
• After every swim or towel drying
• After excessive sweating

Don't forget delicate areas: ears, nose, neck, décolleté, feet.

How often should I reapply?

Reapply frequently to maintain protection:

• Direct exposure: every 2 hours
• After swimming/drying: immediately
• After sweating: every 1-2 hours
• Children: more frequently (every 1-2 hours)

Protection is not permanent - UV rays pass through clothes and glass!

What is the difference between SPF 15, 30, and 50?

Which SPF should I choose for myself?

• SPF 15: dark/olive skin, already tanned or regularly exposed
• SPF 30: fair/light skin with moderate exposure (2-3 hours a day)

General rule: always use 1 SPF higher than "theoretically necessary" for safety.

UVA protection is equal to or greater than the declared SPF.
